With the original reveals for Ichigo, Rukia, and Aizen coming just over a week ago in Jump magazines throughout Japan, Bandai Namco has released the first gameplay footage of the three characters in Jump Force.
The Soul Reapers have arrived into our world…Prepare to harness the powers of a Shinigami when #JUMPFORCE arrives in 2019!

While the Japanese version of the trailer was posted overnight, Bandai Namco published the English footage earlier today to their official social media accounts. The video showcases some gameplay of previously confirmed characters from Naruto, Dragon Ball, and One Piece — but focuses primarily on the newcomers from the Bleach universe.
As seen in the video, Ichigo, Rukia, and Aizen all use sword techniques — the first set of which to come to the arena brawler. Ichigo uses quick sword strikes to attack, Rukia utilizes her ice-based powers, and Aizen assumes the powers that he held near the end of Bleach’s manga run. This universe is now the fourth Shonen Jump series to join the fray in Jump Force.
