The news broke late last night and was circulated amongst reporting outlets, followed by an official Twitter post this morning by Bandai Namco. In the release, the developer mentions that feedback from demo experiences has been much appreciated, and thus with that information, they have decided to delay the game.
Originally, the anime styled Code Vein was planned for launch on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Steam this upcoming September. Being pushed back into 2019 is at least a delay of three months, but Bandai Namco is confident that the extra time will ensure a more polished final product.
