An updated demo for Square Enid’s upcoming Nintendo Switch rpg Octopath Traveler will be available for download from the eShop on Thursday.
The welcome news was shared during Nintendo’s E3 Direct video presentation earlier today. A short trailer for the anticipated rpg was shown off, followed by the announcement the new demo. This is most likely intended to fine tune things before the full game releases on July 13.
It is unknown at this time what exactly will be featured within the demo this time around, but it would most likely be safe to say that more characters will be playable. Previously, only Primrose and Oberic were accessible. In addition, it seems that whatever progress is made within the demo can be transferred over to the full game after it is purchased.
