In possibly the worst kept secret of all-time, assets pertaining to a remastered collection of the first three Spyro the Dragon games appear to have leaked, all but confirming a Spyro Reignited Trilogy coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
While the day began with only some screenshots and boxart surfacing from a foreign Amazon listing, the French version of the announcement looks to have been dropped early as well. All of this material confirms a lot of what was already known, however, as a remaster of the original three Spyro titles is indeed in the works. However, a release date was not previously known — and it appears that September will bring about another dawn for this dragon.
As per usual with these remasters so far, the footage shows off previously polygonal environments as being in new HD graphics, with updated lighting effects and physics to boot. From the boxart, it can be confirmed that Toys for Bob will be handling the title along with Activision.

While no official announcement has been made yet, it is expected later today. Undoubtedly, English versions of all these materials will then be posted.
