Atlus has revealed that two Persona spin-off games will be coming to the PlayStation 4 and Vita in 2018 — Persona 5 Dancing Star Night and Persona 3 Dancing Moon Night.
Following up on the heels of the surprising 2015 hit rhythm game Persona 4: Dancing All Night, these two new installments look to bring the groove to the casts of both Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 as well as Persona 5. No other details were given for either title from the official teaser site, aside from two new trailers for each that feature the protagonists from both games busting a move in glorious high definition.
While the inclusion of the most recent installment — Persona 5 — seems to be a no-brainer, the most recent substantial reference of anything related to Persona 3 came back in 2014 with the cast of the game appearing alongside the cast of Person 4 in Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth.
Both Persona 5 Dancing Star Night and Persona 3 Dancing Moon Night have been given the release window of Spring 2018, according to Atlus. While no North American localization has been confirmed, it’s safe to say that the games will make their way stateside given the success of Persona 4: Dancing All Night on PlayStation Vita, as well as the Persona series overall.
